Patti Wheeler chose Nocturnal as the theme this week and had this to say about her choice for Best of Theme: I love its flat, graphic quality & the colors in it, but also love the unique angle it's taken from......she simply looked up at those silly lights which stand out against that twilight sky like multicolored stars!
